Result - after 15 mins. of standing
After 4 mins. of mixing, a fine white emulsion of mean diameter
around 3-5 microns is produced. This photo shows the mix at
15 mins. after switch-off. No oil layer has yet formed on the
surface. The mix will typically start to separate after about 30
mins. |
